Maintenance

It's 2013! That means another year for improvement and disappointment!
Let's start with it off with something in the former, shall we?

It feels like a loooong time since I drew my original characters. So I took a stab on a idea that floated around in my noggin for awhile now. It's Pino! The last time I drew her was back in august.
Anime fans will probably know where I'm drawing inspiration from, and those who don't go check out the Ghost in the Shell series asap!
Since it's been awhile, I've redid her design to make her feel more sci-fi as opposed to steampunk.

I attempted to draw a pose like this back during college, but skills are a bit lacking at the time. The part that took the longest was, perhaps not surprisingly, her face. The reason being that I NEVER draw characters in side profile.
